Seth's
STORY
Seth lives, works and creates in Adelaide South Australia, with his wife and their three boys.
He is a designer, musician, writer, missionary and lifelong learner. And has spent the last 15 years coaching and training followers of Jesus to be the Church in the everyday stuff of life, while living as a Kingdom family made up of many families.
He's a leader with Gathered.Church and helped start Soma Australia, and lives, serves and raises support as an urban missionary with Power to Change. To help cover the costs of living as a family of five, Seth also runs a small Graphic design business called 4thSeedDesigns, that helps take Ideas and make them look good.
He is a Singer/Songwriter for both gathered believers and mainstream listeners, and his music can be found on iTunes, Spotify, NoiseTrade, Bandcamp and other online sellers, going by the moniker of BarefootBros.
Growing up as a child of missionaries, Seth got to experienced the joys of a diverse community on mission together. Since 2005 he has been involved (with many others) in the work of seeing the Adelaide church shift from a Sunday service, event mindset, to becoming a life-on-life disciple making people. Seth has spoken at many camps and church leadership conferences, locally, nationally and internationally. He has worked with broken families, at risk youth (in both poverty and over privileged environments), discipled college aged groups and young families, studied Theology (BTh) at Bible College of South Australia and worked cross culturally.
Also, he has been hit by lightning, hit head on by a Semi (while on a motorbike) and hit by the fact that God is not finished with him yet.
